What are Connected Services?
Connected Services are native integrations that link Encodify to your wider software ecosystem—including your ERP, e-commerce platforms, AI tools, and communication channels. By eliminating manual data entry and syncing metadata in real time, Connected Services transform Encodify into a centralized hub for your content and business operations.
Please Note: Connected Services availability depends on your Encodify base platform package and add-ons. Don't see it in your workspace? Reach out to your Engagement Manager to review your account options and enable access.
How to Access Connected Services
In the most recent version of the Encodify platform you’ll find connected services by navigating:
Sidebar → Configuration → Connected Services.
If you don’t have access please contact your local Encodify administrator.
