We make updates available as soon as new capabilities or fixes are ready, ensuring you always have access to the most current and secure version of our system.

How We Organise Our Updates
To make it easy for you to find what matters most, we group our updates into these clear categories:
New Capabilities & Feature Improvements: Explore brand-new tools, like our integrated AI Assistants, and major upgrades to your configuration.
Other Improvements: Small but mighty changes to usability and the interface, such as better sorting and filtering tools.
Performance & Architecture: Behind-the-scenes work to keep things running fast and reliably with minimal downtime.
Important Changes & Retired Features: Essential notices about tools we're modifying or retiring that may require an admin's attention.
Bug Fixes: Polishing the experience by resolving any UI quirks or automation edge cases.

Keeping Your Service Up to Date
We provide service updates according to a release plan, and these can be scheduled to suit your specific environment.
By owning our roadmap, we have the freedom to listen to your feedback and move quickly to build a better product. We are dedicated to continually enhancing the service and squashing bugs along the way.
To keep things running smoothly, we ask that you accept updates at least every six months. This ensures you're supported by our team, as we focus our full support on the two most recent major updates.
