Overview
To minimise the time required to onboard new users and to simplify the communication of process changes, the Resource Centre has been introduced as a dedicated section within the sidebar. It serves as a central hub for accessing guides, announcements, support options, and key resources such as release notes, documentation, and blogs.
Accessing the Resource Centre
To open the Resource Centre:
Click the Resource Centre icon in the sidebar.
A side panel will appear, showing the available options grouped into three categories: Engage, Support & Learn and Terms of Service

The table below provides an overview of each option:
Section | Option | Description |
Engage | Guides & Announcements | Opens a modal where users can view or manage guides and announcements. Useful for onboarding, feature highlights, and process updates. |
Help Messages | Opens the Help modal, showing contextual guidance relevant to the user’s current screen or activity. | |
Support & Learn | Contact Support | Opens a link to submit a support request: Submit a request |
Encodify Help Centre | Opens the Help Centre with documentation and product guidance: Help Centre | |
Insights Blog | Opens the Encodify blog with articles, insights, and updates: Insights Blog | |
API Documentation | Opens technical documentation for Encodify’s API (update with correct hostname): https://xx.xx.xx.xx/xx/site/x/home#/apiDocumentation | |
Terms of Service | Third-party Licenses | Opens a modal displaying third-party commercial and open-source licenses included in the Encodify Service |
