It will be Citizen Developers responsibility to configure read access to App to ensure users have access to the dedicated app functionality.

Export Proofing Comments from module views - You can now download proofing comments and annotations to an offline text file available for all supported file types with extended support for dashboard and module search results. Read more about this functionality in our guides
Reposition Page Navigation - To ensure the file preview is not obscured for customers using smaller resolution screens we have repositioned the page navigation to the footer.
Reposition Change Log - To improve the user experience when viewing a comment change log and to ensure that the comment is not deleted in error we have re-ordered the action list so that the first option is now View Change Log and the second option is delete.

Rename "Blacklist" and "Whitelist" - As part of our efforts toward better inclusion, we have taken the decision to fully embrace this in the way that we develop our product. This means that where we have previously named “Blacklist” and “Whitelist” features in our platform, we have respectively renamed to "Blocklist" and "Allowlist".
Encode Apps Access Restrictions - Gain greater control of which user groups can access Encode Apps with the introduction of access right restrictions.

After upgrading to Sept '21 release Citizen Developer will need to ensure that all access rights are updated according to customer requirements so that they can continue to access any required apps.
Automation Rules - Easily create and manage rules within minutes to automate processes throughout Encode. With initial support for site administrators to build selection rules which directly integrates into Encode Creative Automation Print Studio with later support for other automations including validation and formatting.
Background Jobs - Every Encode configuration has crucial tasks that need to run in the background to ensure any number of jobs gets done to keep the application running smoothly and to allow our customers to continue to enjoy an engaging experience, without it grinding to a halt every time it needs to do something extra. With our newly introduced background jobs queue gain greater visibility over the success of these processes. Read more about this functionality in our guides.
Improvements to Bulk Download - Following the release of background jobs queue we can now increase the bulk download limit of 4GB to allow customers to obtain the files required when needed. After the file has completed downloading then we now only include a folder structure when the download is requested from more than one media holder and one item.
Reposition Proofing Icon - To improve the user experience when viewing an item we have repositioned the proofing icon from the action list to the form.
Navigate to item from Lightbox - To improve the usability of our Lightbox we have extended the functionality to allow for easier access to open the associated item.
Improvements to Change Status Modal - Following customer feedback we are pleased to introduce a number of usability improvements to the change status modal to make the panel clearer and more user friendly for customers on smaller resolution screens. As part of this change we have also updated the visual appearance of the modal used for bulk status change; configure timeline view, review a website, and guest user sharing.
Support Micro-Search in Module Views - We have extended support for micro-search to also support module search results allowing for customers to easily search and add related items.
Improvements to Module Export/Import - The module export has now been extended to include the ability to export and import:
Options values defined within module link configuration
Metadata stored within a module
Import settings defined within a module configuration
Bug Fixes
Fixed issue where in the case when a transparent PNG has been uploaded as the profile image the default image icon is visible when the user edits the user profile.
Fixed issue to ensure that pages do not become miss-aligned with sync scrolling positioning set to continuous. In compare mode both comments panels need to be collapsed or expanded to ensure they do not become miss-aligned.
Fixed issue in spreadsheet view to ensure focus is kept in text box field while typing and inserting line breaks.
Fixed issue where week numbers were showing incorrectly for some timezones.
