Jun '22 (11.3.0) - Major Release

We have decommissioned the existing price finder plugin. After the upgrade, there will be extra price records added in cases where a product has been added to a campaign multiple times. This will keep a 1:1 relationship between products on briefing and prices. To make sure the upgrade task will run smoothly, it is recommended to clean up old briefings before the upgrade. To initiate the cleanup of old campaigns please follow the procedures described here. The cleanup script has been verified for version 10.2 only but is also fully functional in some previous versions. To keep the retail system clean in the future, it is recommended to set up automatic inactivation/deletion of campaigns. After upgrading, the pre-filling of fields done by the custom price finder plugin can be achieved by normal pre-filling within field definitions.
“Batch Operation Id” mapping has been removed from the "Creative Automation Studio (StoryTeq)" app configuration. It is recommended to remove a mapped field definition from the systems, which already have it set up.

Improvements to Kanban Views - To improve the visual appearance of Kanban views displayed by user we have now added support to display an uploaded profile picture within each column as an alternative to an icon.
Support for more file formats - We have extended our list of supported file types to now include HEIC and HEIF. Browsers do not currently support preview of HEIC and HEIF formats natively so it is recommended to convert them to a supported preview output format. Duplicate Output during Merge - We have extended the Merge PDF action to better support retailers in creating promotions via Encode Creative Automation Studio whereby the same content should be repeated across a page until full.

Improvements to line thickness - Following customer feedback we have reviewed and refined the line thickness applied to annotations to ensure they do not appear over-sized when drawing on proofing canvas
Remember note formatting preferences - To improve usability within Encode Proofing we will now automatically remember your selection preference for note access right colour, shape colour, opacity and line thickness.
Default zoom level - When the document zoom level is larger than 100% then we will now automatically default the zoom level to 'Fit to Page' to provide the most optimal experience for easily viewing the preview.

New configuration option has been added to the "Copy to File System" and "Copy to FTP server" actions. The "Template Engine Escape Strategy" configuration option defines the type of escaping that will be applied to the exported file (xml/html).
Added support of mapping file fields as response values in HTTP actions.
Added possibility to define lookup of the values for option fields in HTTP response mapping: by ID or by value

Extend Automation Rules Search - We have extended the ability to be able to search by Rule Name and Status (Active/Inactive/Both) within Automation Rules to reduce the time taken for citizen developers to locate and amend rules.
Respect formatting rules in proofing insights - We have extended support to ensure that any formatting rules applied to reviewer status will now be respected within the Insights panel in Encode Proofing
Export module search results - To reduce the time required to export data we will now automatically pre-select all fields contained within module search results as values to be exported.

Fixed issue whereby in some instances Oops message was displayed when deleting a module
UserBulkSave enpoint: validation has been added to verify that user group exists in the system. If group doesn't exist, validation message will be returned in the response.
