Statistics: Disc Usage, User Login, User Report, User Statistics, Email Log

Prev Next

This section discusses site and user-related statistics that you can view in different sections of the Site Configuration menu. Statistical data in these sections is presented in the form of tables where values and figures are displayed in separate columns. You can sort the data by any of the listed criteria by clicking the column headers. An arrow next to a header indicates the sort order. To reverse the sort order of a currently selected column, click the arrow in this column’s header.

For example, clicking the Login header under Site Configuration>Users>Login, sorts the users on the page by their login names with the arrow in the header indicating whether the login names are listed in forward or reverse alphabetical order.

Disc Usage (removed in version 11.0)

This is where you can view disc usage statistics relating to both server (view how much of the server space is occupied by the whole system) and the given site. The latter data is presented under Disc Usage > Sites, where the disc usage figures are displayed per module. The Yes and No in the In Progress column refer respectively to the active and inactive state of a module, while the # of Posts column shows the number of items in each module of the site.

Email Log

Location: Site Configuration > Users > Email Log

This section lets you keep track of all emails sent to the site users manually via the Send Email button, available on all the pages listing site users. Each log entry displayed on this page provides information as to what user sent a particular email, the date and time that the email was sent, and the subject of the email. You can change the number of entries displayed per page by selecting a number in the box above the log. To switch between the pages, click the buttons on the toolbar. To remove all entries, click Clear Log on the toolbar.

To view the details of a particular email, click the Info icon opposite the corresponding entry. The email content(header and body) will then appear in a new window.
