Understanding the Team Time - Compliance View


The Team Time - Compliance view is available exclusively to Line Managers and provides a detailed overview of the hours logged by their team. This feature allows them to monitor time entries across projects and tasks, helping them identify who may be overworked or underutilised. By providing a clear summary of work logs, the Team Time - Compliance view helps ensure balanced workloads and efficient resource management within the team.

  1. View your timesheet entries

Note: The sidebar is only available for line managers

  1. Access the Team Time View (available to line managers only)

  1. Navigate directly to the Current Week

  1. The current date is highlighted

  1. Navigate between weeks. By default, the week belongs to ‘Today‘ will be selected.

  1. Navigate between weeks. A date picker is also available for easier navigation.

  1. Search for existing time entries.

  1. The running timer of team members is indicated by a Running Timer icon in read-only mode, allowing line managers to identify who currently has an active timer running.

    Line managers can also view the time entries logged by their team members for the selected period.

  1. Hovering over a day cell displays a Daily Time-log Overview, showing the total hours logged against the Project, Job and Task, alongside any Overtime recorded for that day.

  1. Hovering over a cell of the ‘Total‘ column displays a Weekly Time-log Summary, showing the total hours logged against the Project, Job and Task, alongside any Overtime recorded for that day.
