Field name translations
If you want module names to be translated into the language specified for the site or the user, you can enter translation for module names on the Translations tab of the field definition window. There is a possibility to enter translations into two languages: English and Danish. Translation will be applied right after the language is defined for the site or the user.
To enter translations for field names follow the steps described:
Go to Site Configuration >Site Configuration>Module>Field Definitions.
Create a new field or edit the existing one and click the Translations tab.
On the Translation tab, on the left pane select the menu element with the required language.
Enter the translation of the field name next to the name of the field in the original language.
Click OK to save the settings.
In order to apply the translations do the following:
Go to Site edit or user edit and select the language.
Click OK and go to the site.
Module field names will be translated according to the entries on the Translation tab.

Configuration
Email templates
FTP actions
Module/module data/briefing export file
DTP export in all Modes/Formats
Note! Field name translations cannot be configure for the Locked Modules. Appropriate translations (danish, spanish) are hardcoded and apply automatically for all locked modules except Users. For UMM modules field name translation can be applied only in the new sites.
Field option names translations
Along with translation of module names and field names, translation of the field option names is also possible. Translations for field options can be entered for the following types of fields:
Radio Buttons
Check boxes
Select boxes
Multi Select Field
Status
To specify translation for the field option names, follow the below described steps:
Go to Site Configuration >Site Configuration>Module>Field Definitions.
Create a new field or edit the existing one and click the Translations tab.
On the Translation tab, on the left pane select the menu element with the required language.
Enter the translation for the field option names next to the name of the field option in the original language.
Click OK to save the settings.

Right after the user changes site language or user language, field options will be translated into the corresponding language.
Please, pay attention to that as well as for field name translations, field option names are not applied to:
Configuration
Email templates
FTP actions
Micro search in AdBuilder
Module/module data/briefing export file
DTP export in all Modes/Formats
Note! When exporting flowchart in Excel format, both field names and field option names are exported as translated.
