We now support the latest international standards of locale formats for dates, times and numeric values to make the platform more globally accessible and maintain future changes as standards evolve.
To date, Encodify has only supported either International or US formatting for dates, times and numeric values often meaning our customers are limited to viewing in a format that they are not always familiar with.
Some of the new locale formats are different from the ones we’ve been using, so you can expect changes in appearance and the behaviour of Encodify. Read more about how to prepare for migration within the following helpdesk article
Encodify uses locale formats provided by the International Components for Unicode (ICU) library.
