Overview
The Pivot Table Widget allows you to group and aggregate data into a table layout, providing a powerful way to analyse your datasets across multiple dimensions. By summarising values, it helps reveal patterns, trends, and key insights. You can organise data by rows and columns, apply filters, and calculate metrics such as sums, averages, counts, and more, all within the widget.
Understanding Pivot Table Widget
Once a Pivot Table Widget has been configured, it will appear on the Workspace. Users with Creator, Co-owner, or Editor permissions can drag and drop the widget to reposition and resize it as needed.

This widget supports manual data refresh via the refresh button, available regardless of auto-refresh settings. During refresh, the button is disabled until loading completes. Auto-refresh (if enabled) resumes after a successful manual refresh unless performance thresholds are exceeded. The “last updated” timestamp is updated for all data refreshes, including those triggered via the widget configuration page or by creating/updating an item within the widget.
