Adbuilder Template Metrics

Overview

The page will show the statistics of the PDF generation for a specific template item. Applicable to:

• AdBuilder modules: Templates, save to.

• AdBriefing

Statistics page is per site and data is grouped by the modules.

Access Rights

Page is avialable only to the users with Site Administration rights.

Navigation

It is possible to navigate to a specific template item by clicking the name link on the statistics page.

Note that items clickable links are the values of the field marked as "Name" field in the corresponding Template module.

Limitations and Known Issues

Please, note the limitation as per version 9.97.

AdBuilder metrics are reset after each application restart.

Public Links

Public File Links page allows to get the overview of the public links generated for the modules within the site. This metrics page will list the links generated by:

• User via clicking "Copy Public Link" menu in Item Info Sheet

• Actions

• External API

List of links are sorted by link generation date in decsending order (newest on top).

Public Links metric page allows to filter the list of Public links by Module, Item id (comma-separated list) and Media Holder.

For each link the following information will be displayed:

• Item Id

• Media Holder Id

• URL

• Created by Event: Internal API, External API, Action

• Links creator

• Link expiration

• Item Status

Note!

For reporting and statistical purpose, all the links are retained after expiration.

Data clean-up is available from the /common/scripts page (Public File Links cleanup). Following the link it is possible to select site and module for public links clean-up.

Clean-up will delete all the links.
