How to manage Workspaces?


The Manage Workspaces page is available to site and system administrators. It provides a complete overview of all Workspaces, including those not explicitly shared with you, so you can maintain full visibility and control.

You can open the page from the Workspace side navigation by selecting Manage Workspaces.

From the management panel, administrators can:

  • View Workspace details - including Name, Owner, General Access, Workspace ID

  • Search Workspaces - Currently by name only

  • Open Workspaces - In the current tab or a new tab

  • Delete Workspaces - Remove unwanted or outdated Workspaces (with confirmation)

  • Copy Workspaces - Duplicate an existing Workspace using the Copy Workspace modal

  • Share Workspaces - Adjust and manage sharing settings directly via the Share Workspace modal

This functionality ensures administrators maintain full visibility and control, enabling them to quickly identify, access, and manage Workspaces.
