Pictures and logos that are assigned to products are stored in corresponding 2 modules that should be previously created and correspondingly configured.
4.1.1. Product Pictures Module Fields and Settings
Create Pictures module of the Module type, add the following fields:

Note! In the majority of cases, the Pictures module is running integration with External File Structure, therefore many fields that are created on clients’ databases are populated with the data as a result of synchronization process. For example: the Product name field is filled in with the file name.
4.1.2. Logos Module Configuration
To enable use of logos in briefing system, create Module and configure the following fields.

4.1.3. Allow selection of Pictures and Logos in Product Information tab
Available in version 15.0.0
Both Picture and Logo previews are now visible in Product Information tab.
Pictures are linked to products in Product Picture module as described above
Logos can still be searched, in Picture/Logo tab in Edit Product window in Briefing(Note: "View" access to module with logos is required for "Search Logo" button visibility)
Starting from version 15.0.0, both Pictures and Logos can be selected/deselected directly from Product Information tab, without the need to switch to Picture/Logo tab. Selection or Deselection in either tab will update both tabs.
4.1.4. Allow secondary preview photos in Product Information tab
Available in version 15.0.0
Configuration:
In order to make the secondary or extra field visible in Product Information tab the following configuration is required.
1. Create new module link field in Product in Briefing module with link to Picture Module

Selected secondary previews are exported within tags with the name corresponding to the mapped field in DTP export.

Selecting standard picture will override any selection in secondary or 'extra' column.
Only 1 picture can be selected as a primary picture
