4.3. Correction Log Module Configuration

Correction Log has been introduced to track if products on briefing were edited after they had been sent to agency.

When preview to agency is sending, headline status should be set to Agency Status, which can be defined in Briefing System module > Divisions and Status. This functionality is available only from Page View/Preview.

Create the following fields in the Correction Log module:

Contain a name or number of the edited product

Module link to Headline field in the Headline module

Contain a name of the headline the edited product belongs to

ID of the briefing the edited product belongs to

PriceID

Integer

ID of the price record the edited product includes

To enable Correction Log created fields should be mapped in Site Configuration > Briefing System module > Correction Log > Settings for Correction Log.

It will be possible to export the correction log to Excel from the ‘Correction Log’ window including the changes made in Product, Product on Briefing, Price modules according to the templates selected in the Briefing configuration. ‘Log Changes’ option should be enabled in all 3 modules (Product, Product on Briefing, Prices) in order to have the log data present in exported correction log.
