## Supported Browsers for Encodify

Encodify supports the following browsers. Make sure that your browsers are up to date. Other browsers or older versions of supported browsers aren’t guaranteed to support all features.

For optimal site performance, we recommend that our customers use Google Chrome wherever possible.

> Support for Internet Explorer 11 to access Encodify was retired from May 2018.
