# Step and Repeat

It is possible to arrange multiple copies of a template's output onto a single page. This might be needed, for example, for saving paper costs when printing.

To configure this functionality, open the template for editing and find the **Step and Repeat/Fit to Media Size** section on the Basic Information screen.

When enabled you can specify the additional parameters:

- sheet size of new document
- number of columns and rows of source page to be placed onto new sheet size
- rotation of source pages when placed onto new sheet size
- scale source pages to fit area allocated for each page dependent upon number of columns and rows
