# Sizes

## Overview

---

Sizes app is needed to enable functionality of combining multiple outputs for a defined paper size in Creative Automation Print Studio.

**For example:**

- 2 outputs of A4 format can be combined on the A3 paper size.
- 4 outputs of A5 format can be combined on the A3 paper size.

Functionality is controlled by the feature flag and needs to be enabled before use.

## App Configuration

Before configuring **Sizes** app for the site, module storing the width and height values of different paper sizes needs to be created.

The following fields are required in the module:

| **Field** | **Type** |
| --- | --- |
| Width | Decimal numeral |
| Height | Decimal numeral |

To configure Sizes app, follow the steps below*:

** User should have "Read" and "Configure" access to the Sizes app to be able to configure.*

1. Go to **Dashboard** > click**Apps** menu from the **Applications** section in the left panel of the Dashboard.
2. Click on **“Sizes”**app card.

1. In the configuration page that opens, enter the name of your app and activate your app by toggling **Active**.

1. Continue to the next configuration step by either clicking the **Size** in the left panel, or by clicking **Next** at the bottom of the configuration page.
2. Select module storing sizes in the **Module** selectox.
3. In the **Fields** section, map the field definitions from the **Size** module corresponding to **Width** and **Height**.

| **Width** | Decimal numeral field storing value of the paper width. |
| --- | --- |
| **Height** | Decimal numeral field storing value of the paper height. |

1. After mapping all the required settings, click **Save Changes** to save the **Sizes** app.

Encodify Apps management page allows to enable, disable, delete and edit configured Sizes app.
