# Sharing Saved Filters

## Sharing your Saved Filters

---

Once you've saved a filter, you can share it with others—making it easier to collaborate and maintain consistent filter views across your team.

When sharing a filter, you can choose from three **access types**:

- **Global** - The filter is available to all users. Only Admins can create and edit global filters.
- **Anyone with the Link -**Anyone who receives the link can view and copy the filter. Only the creator can edit it.
- **Restricted -** Only specific users or groups you've shared the filter with can view and copy it. Only the creator can edit it.

Known behaviour:

- Any changes in a field definition (options update, decimal calculation or concatenation fields) are currently not reflected in the saved filters

## Access to Activity Log

---

All changes to saved filters—such as sharing, updating, or deleting—are logged. These logs can be accessed through your **Google BigQuery** integration if logging is enabled.

For setup details, see: [Google BigQuery Connected Service](/v1/docs/bigquery-connected-service)
