- **Automatic Comment Numbering**- To allow our customers to easily associate a comment added to Encode Proofing file with the associated comment we are now pleased to confirm the introduction of a visible comment number which will be displayed in both the comments panel and on hover of the annotation itself.
- **'Copy Text' support within Text Selection** - To improve the user behaviour and reduce the time needed for customers to create annotations on a file for our customers transitioning from classic proofing we have added support for a new text selection option - Copy Text' When selected the selected text will automatically copied to the content of the comment.

- **Specify name for Merged Output PDF** - We have now extended support of the Merge PDF action to allow citizen developers to specify an alternative filename for merged PDF generated based on specified match condition.
